Priscilla Shirer Simulcast

Our sisters in Christ at the Bethel Baptist Church in North Vernon (via Cathie Martin) have invited our women to attend their Women's event on Saturday, April 6.

This will be a Priscilla Shirer Simulcast and will include both breakfast and lunch for a $20 dollar registration. ($25 dollars after March 7) Be at the church by 8:45 AM if you want to eat breakfast and by 9:45 if not, as the simulcast starts at 10:00 AM.  The event should be finished by 4:00 PM.

Priscilla is an amazing Lifeway speaker and speaks at Women of Joy events as well.   We did her Bible study "The Armor of God" a few years ago.

You can email the church office at office@bethel.nv.com to register or see Deanna McCullough for further information.

Thrift Store

The Thrift Store located at 318 S East Street is open to the PUBLIC – Everyone!   The Thrift Store hours are Wednesday 12:00 noon to 4:30 pm and Friday and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  Proceeds from the sales are used to help support the Greensburg TLC Transitional Living Center: homeless shelter.  We need our church community to shop this hidden gem so we can continue to be a vital source of support to those in our community needing a hand up!

The church mission is to provide regular opportunities for public worship, sustain the ordinances, doctrines and ethics set forth in the New Testament, maintain a meaningful relationship with God and fellow believers and minister unselfishly to people in the community and world in Jesus’ name.

1 John 3:17-18, NIV If anyone has material possessions and sees his brother in need but has no pity on him, how can the love of God be in him? Dear children, let us not love with words or tongue but with actions and in truth.
